Description of Services

Inflexion provides operator-led consulting services to businesses in the life sciences, medtech, biotech, and related industries. Our services include productized consulting packages with defined scope, deliverables, and turnaround times, as well as custom consulting engagements.

Payment Terms

• No payment is due until work has been delivered, reviewed, and accepted by you. We collect a payment method at time of order submission for authorization purposes only.
• If the scope of a project exceeds the original estimate, we will contact you with a revised quote before proceeding with additional work.
• All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are listed in US dollars.
• Refund requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. If deliverables do not meet the stated scope, we will revise at no additional cost or issue a refund.

Client Obligations

You agree to provide accurate and complete information in intake forms and to respond to communications in a timely manner. Engagement timelines assume reasonable client responsiveness. We are not responsible for delays caused by incomplete or delayed client input.

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, all deliverables produced during an engagement become the intellectual property of the client. Inflexion retains the right to reference the engagement in anonymized case studies and marketing materials, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Our website content, branding, and proprietary methodologies remain the property of Inflexion Solutions, LLC.

Confidentiality

We treat all client information, business data, and project details as confidential. We will not disclose your information to third parties without your consent, except as required by law. All case studies published on our website are anonymized.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Inflexion Solutions, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or relating to your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Consulting Disclaimer

Our consulting services provide professional recommendations and deliverables based on the information provided. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes. Our recommendations do not constitute legal, regulatory, financial, or medical advice. Clients are responsible for evaluating and implementing recommendations in accordance with their own regulatory and business requirements.

Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement at any time with written notice. If you terminate before delivery, you will only be responsible for work completed up to the termination date. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our platform for violations of these terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco County, California.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
